Assessment

An in-depth discussion on your health, dietary, metabolic, training, and injury history, as well as your level of physical capabilities. Thorough strategy session to map out precisely what your personal goal is and how exactly we will help you get there. After discussing everything above, we can choose an efficient and practical application to fit your lifestyle to achieve your goals.

Personalized training program

When choosing to work with us on training as well, we will dive into every detail that maps out a successful program and ensure YOU have the right tools to see success in the gym. Volume, Intensity, and Frequency that match your goals, abilities, schedule, and priorities. Periodized training cycles to progress you properly to your goal. Coaching allows you to understand how to properly execute movements, getting the most out of the training while avoiding injuries. Specific programming detail to eliminate confusion and educate you on WHY this works (i.e., the order of exercises, number of sets and reps, tempo, rest periods, substitutions, and everything in between).

Customized nutrition plan

Coaching is critical here; we will work together to make sure this fits you and your lifestyle, rather than trying to fit your lifestyle into a meal plan. This means we will be using a flexible dieting approach, while still understanding what science tells us is required to not only achieve your ideal body composition but also optimize health and performance. Meal frequency and nutrient timing, workout nutrition, individualized calorie and macronutrient targets, periodization, refeeds and diet breaks, supplementation, fundamental health guidelines, and more… our team appropriately uses the science, to master the art of individualizing your nutrition plan.

Support & accountability

This is the glue that holds the strategies together. You will receive monthly updates, assessments, and adjustments to ensure your program is on point and progressing correctly. You'll have 24-7 access to your coach for questions, support, motivation, exercise critiques, adjustments, and more. Weekly Check-in (for online program, phone call or Skype call) and more… our goal is to customize the accountability, to fit your needs.

My private one-on-one sessions allows you to enjoy training with direct help, support and guidance. At the comfort of your own home or a personal gym within your location, no matter the conditions, I tailor our training sessions to suit your specific requirements and needs. Building a good work relationship comes to high importance in order to achieve your ultimate goals. But most importantly, whilst doing the exercise routines is essential consistently, it’s about having fun and enjoying it at the same time.
